Announcement of Business Merger

Dear Valued Clients:

We are pleased to announce that Roger St. Amand of Atlantic Resource Co, LLC and Aleita “Lee” Burman of Burman Land & Tree, LLC have merged their operations into a new firm called

Watershed Resource Consultants, LLC.

Watershed Resource Consultants, LLC (WRC) will continue to offer resource and soils consulting services with the same staff. The merger will streamline operations and allow our team to utilize their talents to the greatest extent, with the end product of better service for you, our clients.

Burman Land & Tree, LLC will continue to operate as a tree service, and Atlantic Resource Co, LLC will continue to offer forestry consulting services.

This change is effective April 15, 2022, after which contracts will transfer to WRC.  Existing approved contracts will be reviewed individually. Currently, we are working to transition to our new firm, with more to come including a website and logo. Please note our new email addresses, below.

Our efforts in this coming year will be to make this transition seamless for our clients. Please let us know if you have any questions, or if there is any way to provide a better service to you.
